Here at C & S Construction we offer small jobs but we also are not afraid to take on a big job for you residential needs we will take control for your dreams and do our best to make them reality. We will do remodels, excavation site works, building, repairs, and build anything you really want.
Meet the Team:
Chuck is our lead carpenter with close to 35 years in the construction trade he is what is considered a master carpenter. He has experience in roofing of all types including slate a very rare trait to have. He knows metal roofs and shingle. He has built several houses with other companies. He grew up doing snow plowing and farm work. He knows how to fix structure that can be fixed there are some things that are just cheaper to rebuild than to do the fix that needs to be done.
Shon is our lead operator for equipment and have close to 10 years in the field of equipment operation. He has worked on farms doing work and has been running a business doing landscaping and snow removal for 7 years. He has also done a lot of property maintenance managing several properties and apartment buildings in the past he joins the team to bring his expertise in different areas than Chuck but they both know how to do each others job.
These to men together can take on what ever task is handed to them and make sure it is done correctly and see the job from start to finish. Every job has a contract and is fully insured.
Infrastructure
Here at C & S Construction take the time to fully understand what the Customer wants and make what you the customer wants. We build things to last so that you have a piece of mind that nothing will go wrong with the way we build it we will get the materials needed and 99.9% of the time over build what you need so it lasts that much longer so many generations can enjoy it for years to come as long as it is maintained properly no matter what we will stand by our workmanship quality.
Residential
We can do what ever you need from doing the excavation work for your house to building it after the concrete has cured the only things we do not touch is foundations, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. We build it and we can landscape it and we can pretty much fix anything that you throw at us. We make sure that when we do the building that everything from the driveway we put in to the stone under the foundation to even building a house is either done to spec or it is over done so that nobody has to have a worry about it.
