Our services range from excavation and building to home repairs
Excavation
We provide excavation work to dig your foundation to ditching and draining your property. We take the time to survey the area needing the excavation and mark on the ground with paint and make notes on depths. We also call Dig Safe to make sure we are not going to hit any underground utilities to protect us and the customer. We also in the excavation are able to offer land clearing for either your new home or to just extend your property out, with that we offer either chipping everything or to help with costs what the customer can get for money from lumber mills or pulp wood. This option allows the customer to off set some of the costs of the job
Residential Construction
We offer house building and house repair along with roofing we have many years experience in this and we can sit down and help with a design or we can get an architect to come meet with you and make up blueprints for us to fallow so that the house is exactly they way you as the customer wants it. Here at C & S Construction we try to make our customers our priority we might now be the cheapest contractor but we make sure the construction is 100% to local and state building codes so there will not be an issue with the building for many years to come.
Pre-Construction
C & S Construction will come out to the customer we will take photos of the site before we are hired. make measurements to give you an accurate quote. We will make sure all the material is ordered and paid for so that we can lock in a price we have given you so that we do not run over budget to keep our customers in mind there are times we will store materiel off site but we keep all of it together so that we can access it quick and easy.
Special Projects
There are times we will do special projects that we know how to do but not something you would always do please call us and we will see if its something we can fit in or if we can recommend someone who can.
Site Management
We will manage your site to get subcontractors in on time to get your wiring, heating and plumbing in. everything is done in phases so all contractors that come in can get the work done and get paid on time.
Property Managment
We offer property management services. To take care of your home and your apartment buildings we can assist with repairs inside or out along with almsot anything else you may need.
Landscape Construction
We do offer landscape installation we have the knowledge to do it but this may be something we would sub out depending on the size of what you would want done.
